Bandit Gazpacho :

1 small sweet onion
1 large bell pepper, seeded and quartered
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 rib celery, coarsely chopped
3 large cloves garlic, peeled
2 large fresh ripe tomatoes, quartered
2 cups tomato juice
5 tbsp. Mild Serrano Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Place onion, pepper, cucumbers, celery, garlic and fresh tomatoes in food processor; process untill very finely chopped. Add tomato juice, salt, and Mild Serrano Hot Sauce. Process soup until desired texture. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Serves 4.
