Cajohns Fiery Rice :
1lb uncooked rice
1/2 cup hot sauce (your choice)
1 jar salsa (your choice)
Cook rice according to package directions, but add the 1/2 cup of of hot sauce to the water before cooking. When rice is done, stir in salsa. The rice will absorb the sauce as it cooks giving it the flavor (and heat) of the sauce. You can add any type of hot sauce or salsa you wish.
