Purchase Montezuma's Crown

1-16 ounce can refried beans
1 package Manana Mexican Dip Mix
3 Avocados, mashed
1/2 cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons Salsa
12 pitted ripe olives, sliced
Fresh parsley
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2- 4 ounce cans chopped green chiles, drained
3 bunches green onions, chopped
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
1 large tomato, diced (drain on a paper towel)
Use a 12" round shallow plate or pizza pan

Layer 1 : Mix beans and Manana Mexican Dip. Spread onto plate, not quite to edge.

Layer 2 : Blend avocados with sour cream, Salsa and lemon juice. Spread on top of bean mixture.

Layer 3 : Mix chile and onions. Spread over avocado mixture.

Layer 4 : Combine cheeses. Sprinkle over chile and onions to completely cover.

Layer 5 : Decorate top of dip with olives and tomato pieces. Decorate outside edge of plate with parsley sprigs. Serve with tortilla chips.
