2 cans (15 ounces each) pork and beans
1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser&'s Texas on the Plate Chipotle Chile Ketchup
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1 small onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart ovenproof casserole dish, stirring to blend well. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly thickened. Serve hot. Serves 4 to 6.
