Turkey Cabbage Stew :

1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups chow chow
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 can ( 28ounces ) diced tomatoes, undrained
¾ cup water
1 Tbs. Brown sugar
1 Tbs. White vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
¼ tsp. Pepper
In a large saucepan, cook turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat or until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Makes 6 servings.
