Wicked Good Italian Beef

 

 

2-3 lb. boneless chuck roast (or roast of your choice)

 

1 large onion, sliced

 

1 jar Mixed Vegetables “Hot & Spicy”

 

 

  1. Pat dry the chuck roast.

     

  2. Put onions on the bottom of a 4 to 6 quart crock pot.

     

  3. Put roast on top of the onions.

     

  4. Pour the jar of Mixed Vegetables “Hot & Spicy” over the roast and onions.

     

  5. Add ½ cup water.

     

  6. Cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours.

     

  7. Shred beef and vegetables when done.

     

  8. Serve in crusty rolls.

     

  9. Enjoy!
